Please be advised that between Monday, September 21, 2020 and Wednesday, September 23, 2020 (weather permitting) asphalt paving will take place on the following streets:
Robin Court
Lukas Drive (between Blue Jay Crescent and Peachwood Drive)
Wisteria Lane (between Leonard Drive and Lukas Drive)
Fracas Court
Please avoid parking on the streets during those dates.

The contractor hired to complete the asphalt padding project on Graham Side Road, between County Road 20 and Road 2 East, will begin work tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday, September 15, 2020). They will have flaggers on site directing traffic, as the work will necessitate the closure of one driving lane at a time. This work is scheduled to last approximately two (2) days. Please avoid the area if possible.

A contractor is scheduled to begin resurfacing of Road 3 East from Division Road North to Graham Sideroad late next week (weather permitting).  Residents and property owners along this section will have access to their property throughout the construction period.  However, there will be delays to traffic from time to time. Notification letters have been delivered to residents in the affected area.
The contractor is also scheduled next week to apply a final application...

Coco Paving Inc. is scheduled to begin resurfacing of Union Ave (south of County Road 20) as well as the Briarwood Subdivision starting on August 26 th , 2020 (weather permitting).  See the attached notification letters, which have been circulated to residents/businesses of the affected area, for additional details.

Sherway Contracting is scheduled to begin reconstruction of Main Street West (from 289 Main Street West to Queen Street) during the week of August 17, 2020 (weather permitting).  The attached letter from Peralta Engineering has been circulated to residents/businesses of the affected area. No through traffic will be permitted through the construction zone. Construction is expected to last until early November.
