Medical professionals across Windsor-Essex have penned an open letter, expressing concern about a potential 4th wave if vaccination numbers continue to plateau. At Council's May 25, 2021 meeting, they approved a standalone bylaw to regulate RV parking on private property. This bylaw was developed and brought to Council because of public feedback that supported RV parking in driveways.   Previously, RV parking, both public and private, was regulated through two different bylaws, but neither afforded the flexibility the public said they wanted.
